An enquiry starts a conversation

Submitting the form is a request for contact, not an accepted order, a binding quotation or a commitment to pay. We first review the product, quantity, destination and requirements with you.

Agree the work in writing

The scope, fees, product specifications, samples, quality checks, payment arrangements, delivery terms and responsibilities for a project must be agreed separately in writing before work or purchasing is authorised. Any quotation is subject to its stated conditions and validity.

Product references and availability

Website product images illustrate the kinds of enquiries we can discuss. They are not stock listings, confirmed supplier offers, certifications or evidence of completed projects. Availability, minimum quantities, prices and timelines need confirmation for the specific project.

Materials you send

Only send information and images you are authorised to share. Tell us about relevant product, packaging and destination requirements. Do not submit unlawful content, unsolicited advertising or files intended to disrupt the website.

Staff access

The workspace is for authorised users only. Public company registration is closed. Staff must protect their credentials and verify operational records and AI-assisted readings before using them for commercial decisions.

Project agreements

This page explains use of the website. It does not replace the signed or otherwise agreed documents for a particular project, or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updates are published here with a revision date.

Questions and requests

For questions about a project, or to request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact Mbarete. Include the email used for your enquiry so we can locate it; do not send passwords or identity documents through the form.
